How it works

Create your account
Sign up as yourself (adults only), then add your organisation. You become its owner and can invite colleagues.
- Step 2
Get verified
Ask our team to verify you. We check that the organisation is real before it can reach learners.
- Step 3
Post and find talent
Post opportunities and browse learners who chose to be found. They see your message and decide whether to share how to reach them.
Learners stay in control
The directory is opt in and only verified organisations browse it. Contact goes through SydCrest: a learner reads your request and chooses what, if anything, to share. We never hand over an email or phone number.
