Why this matters
Many people now write "skilled in AI tools" on their CV. Few can show it. Employers and clients want proof: real examples of how you used AI to do good work, and how you checked it. A small, clear portfolio you can share from any device puts you ahead of people who only make claims.
Some AI skills programmes in Ghana, free and paid, run in cohorts, often in Accra. If you hope to join one, the work you did in this track and this portfolio are good preparation and good evidence for your application.
What to include
Choose four to six of your best pieces from this track. For each piece, show:
- The task: what you were trying to do and for whom.
- Your prompt (or template), with personal details removed.
- The AI draft, or a short extract of it.
- Your edits and checks: what you changed, what facts you verified and how.
- The final result.
Good pieces to choose from:
- A fact check table showing errors you caught.
- Before and after writing pieces: a bio, a cover message, a customer message.
- A checked summary of a public document.
- A tested spreadsheet with AI assisted formulas and your notes.
- A checked translation with your glossary.
