Where to look

- Ghanaian job boards. Sites such as Jobberman list admin, office assistant, front desk, executive assistant and customer service roles. Many are office based in Accra and Tema, with some elsewhere.
- Remote job boards. Some job boards list only remote roles, and a few let you filter by country. Read each advert's location rules.
- Freelance platforms. Marketplaces where clients post small jobs and freelancers apply. They take a fee from your earnings, competition is strong at the start, and reviews matter, so begin with small jobs you can do very well.
- Your network. Tell friends, former teachers and family abroad what you do. Many first clients come from personal recommendations.
