A quick, accurate reply can turn "how much?" into a sale. A slow or wrong reply sends the customer to the next shop. When you manage a client's inbox, you need a system: tools that save time, labels that keep track, and clear routes for orders and complaints.
One place for messages
Meta Business Suite brings Facebook Page messages, Instagram direct messages and comments into one inbox, on the web and in its mobile app. In countries where Meta offers it, a WhatsApp Business account can be synced to the same inbox, though WhatsApp status and groups stay in the WhatsApp Business app. TikTok and LinkedIn messages are handled in their own apps. Know where every kind of message arrives, so nothing waits unseen.
Tools that save time
- Saved replies. Prepared answers for common questions: price list, delivery areas, opening hours, how to pay. You select one and adjust it before sending. Write them in the brand voice and ask the client to approve them.
- Instant reply. An automatic first response to someone who messages for the first time, for example: "Thank you for contacting Hawa Shea. We reply between 8am and 6pm. Please tell us what you would like to order."
- Away message. Sent automatically when nobody is available, so customers know when to expect a reply.
- Frequently asked questions and keyword replies. Meta's tools can send set answers to common questions or messages containing chosen words. Keep them short and honest, and check them whenever prices change.
