At the end of each month, a client deserves to know what their page achieved and what happens next. A short monthly review does this. It also forces you to step back from daily posting and ask whether the plan is working. Done well, it is the single best tool for keeping clients and improving results.
The Digital Marketer track's lesson on reporting to clients covers report structure in general. This lesson focuses on the page manager's version: linking back to the onboarding goal and using the review to change next month's pillars and routine.
Keep it to one page
Owners are busy. One page, or a short WhatsApp message with a few screenshots, is better than a long document. Use the same layout every month so the client knows where to look:
- Goal. One line reminding the client what you are working toward, copied from the brief.
- What we did. Number of posts by pillar, live sessions, any boosts and their cost.
- What happened. The three to five numbers you track, compared with last month. Include results you collect yourself, such as orders from the inbox log.
- What worked. One or two posts or actions that did well, with a reason if you know it.
- What did not. One or two that did poorly, with your honest view.
- Community and issues. Complaints, scams, impostor pages or restrictions, and how they were handled.
