Owners keep paying for page management when they can see what it achieved. "I posted twenty times" tells them about your effort. "The page brought thirty four WhatsApp enquiries and twelve orders this month" tells them about their business. This section is about measuring the right things, spending small amounts wisely and turning numbers into better plans.
What this section covers
- Reading platform insights. Every platform has a free insights or analytics screen. You will learn what the main numbers mean, which ones matter for the client's goal and how to record them each week.
- Boosting posts. Clients often ask you to "boost" a post. You will learn the safe, honest way to do it with the client's own ad account and when to hand over to proper ad campaigns, which the Digital Marketer track teaches.
- The monthly review. A short, plain report that says what you did, what worked, what did not and what you will change, linked back to the goal in your onboarding brief.
Measure what the goal needs
The goal you agreed at onboarding decides which numbers matter. If the goal is more WhatsApp orders, the most important numbers are messages and orders, not likes. If the goal is reputation, you might watch reviews, the tone of comments and how fast complaints were resolved. If the goal is attendance at an event, count registrations and people who came.
Platforms show many numbers, and they rename them from time to time. Do not try to report everything. Choose three to five numbers linked to the goal, record them the same way every week and explain them in plain words.
